My assistant will walk you through the transaction process once you have your home under contract. You complete all the paperwork and handle all negotiations. My assistant will explain the different steps as the transaction progresses, tell you which forms are typically used during each step and review your forms to make sure they are filled out completely (contents are not reviewed). My assistant will monitor the transaction timelines to ensure each is met, keep a complete file of all documents, forward documents to the appropriate parties when needed and follow up with others to make sure we have all documents needed.
My assistant is not a licensed agent. There is no agency relationship or agent representation provided with this service It is simply an administrative service. You will need to sign a form prior to services beginning stating that you understand this.
Extensive Review of Comparable Properties (not just solds - more extensive than the CMA included with listings). I provide a full report with information and pictures of past sales, your current competition, homes that didn't sell and more. I also review your listing, property description and pictures then make suggestions (if needed)

Wonder what buyers thought? I will get feedback from buyers and/or their agents regarding your property. I will then email you a brief summation of what each said
